DANZIG's Verotika Film To Get 3-Disc Collectors Edition Release

Have you spent many sleepless nights wondering when you would finally be able to see Glenn Danzig's feature film debut, Verotika?

Verotika premiered at at Chicago's Cinepocalypse Film Festival back in June, and it wasn't super well-received. A/V Club called it "one of the most batshit ridiculous horror anthology films ever put on screen. Within the first 60 seconds, a narrator pokes out a woman’s eyes with her fingers, and it works all too well as a metaphor for what this movie puts the audience through," while Rotten Tomatoes currently has the film set at 33% over the course of six reviews.

Personally, I was sold on watching the movie when I read that Danzig got up after the premiere and said  “You guys laughed in some of the places I wouldn’t have, but that’s cool.” We'll all finally get a chance to see the film, when it's released next month.

Amazon has a listing for a 3-disc set for a February 25th release. The three discs are a DVD version of the film, a Blu-Ray and a disc with the film's soundtrack. We can't pre-order fast enough.
