Cognizance is far and away one of the best damn technical death metal groups out there right now. Partially because the group's songwriting is great, partially because the dudes can actually play everything they lay down on their releases.
So today we have the pleasure of posting the band's new single "Spectrum" off Cognizance's upcoming Illusory EP. The riffs are huge in this song and alternate between incredibly shreddy and downright groovy, and vocalist Henry Price sounds as pissed off as ever. The song also features guitarist Justin McKinney (The Zenith Passage, The Faceless) for a solo as well!
