The anticipation for Slayer's new album is so big that even a photo of the back of Kerry King's head is enough to stir up a lot of excitement for the new record.
Today, the band posted a slew of new photos which are sure to garner even more excitement. Above, Tom Araya is recording vocals, which is typically the last phase of recording. Typically, all the drums get recorded, then the bass and guitar and then vocals. Usually, it's a batch process with all the parts being recorded before vocals, but maybe Slayer are choosing to go on a song-by-song basis. They can clearly afford it.
