I was not able to make it to the 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise this year – I just could not handle the partying so close to a trip to Los Angeles which I had already planned. But fear not, we did have a corespondent to file a report and take some killer photos, which should be up soon.
But, I still keep in touch with the 70k Tons Facebook group, and in what has become an annual tradition, attendees (or survivors as they are christened) start a thread of catching all the people passed the fuck out during the cruise. You see, this is truly a 24-hour a day party, the bars never close, and that means people might be partying way past their bedtimes, and sometimes their bodies just demand rest.
