We showed some serious excitement when rumors came out that OPETH will be touring this Fall with HIGH ON FIRE and BARONESS and its been confirmed! Sorta. Turns out BARONESS will be playing the 2nd half of the tour (starting October 6th) and equally awesome NACHTMYTSIUM will be opening the first half. If you only have enough money to see one tour this Fall, you'd be hard pressed to find a better package:

Support for the tour comes from two other Metal Injection favorites: BARONESS and HIGH ON FIRE. I'm officially dubbing this tour the FUCK YES! Tour. Seriously folks, this is a killer lineup and I highly recommend checking out all of these bands.

> Our good friends in PSYOPUS announced that they have acquired the vocal services of Matt Dalberth ( also of Burn Everything, who will be replacing Harrison Christie (also of Jefferson Planecrash. The band is currently writing and rehearsing for their next album yet to be titled. The album will be recorded July 20th through August 16th with engineer Doug White at Watchmen Studios in Lockport, NY.
