Baroness was all set to perform at Hellfest Open Air in Clisson, France on June 24 right up until drummer Sebastian Thomson had to leave for home. According to a statement from the band, Thomson left due to an unexpected family emergency on June 23 and Baroness would perform as an acoustic-ish trio with basically zero notice.
