TOOL Stopped A Recent Show To Help A Fan Having A Medical Emergency

As anyone should do.

Tool did the right thing during their February 22 show in Washington D.C. after witnessing a fan collapse in the crowd – they stopped the show and made sure the person got help. EMTs made it to the person with the help of Tool's lighting rig, which might be one of the best uses of a lighting rig. Footage of the event was obtained by Rock Feed and is available above. And look, we can pretend that rock is "dangerous" all we want. But the second there's someone that actually needs help, every single measure should be taken to help that person.

Catch Tool at one of the dates below. The band also recently announced a new EP called Opiate2 featuring a new version of the classic track "Opiate" alongside a new music video, which is pretty exciting!
