Whoever the guitarist in Mr. Spankey and the Hipthrusters is should be everyone's new guitar hero. Dude takes the stage and shreds overtop what the video says is Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' "Runnin' Down A Dream," though I'm entirely too mesmerized by this guy's shred to even try to make the correlation.

Seriously, someone better call this guy next time they need a guest solo.
