The Flaying, hailing from Quebec City, churn out some of the sickest death metal jams you can find. Their album, Angry, Undead was released on PRC Music this past March and it's a total ripper you should order right now!
In celebration of the release, The Flaying has now premiered their video for the track "La Valse Du Scorpion" and although animated, proves to be just as brutal as their tunes.
The band comments:
The track is a brutal tech hymn that is relentless and devastating. For the video the quartet hired Dwi Nugraha from Genocide Artwork in Indonesia to do the animation with direction from the band and give life to the story of their mascot, "Ronnie The Rope Dancer", the 5th member of the band that has been hanging upside down in venues for years and has always been representing the letter “I” in The Flaying’s logo. Now the time has come for the band to put Ronnie at the forefront and show the fans how this flayed alive anti-hero became to be… the rope dancer.
