SLEEP TOKEN's VESSEL Lost His Voice At The Band's Biggest Show To Date

The band still crushed it, though.

Sleep Token played their biggest show to date on December 16 at the OVO Arena Wembley in London. The show served as a cap to Sleep Token's massive 2023, as well as the band's first chance to show off their brand new masks. The show also featured professional dancers on the songs "Ascensionism" and "Rain", whose presence added a whole new visual dimension to Sleep Token's massive presence.

Then the bad thing happened – vocalist Vessel lost his voice. "So Vessel can't sing," said a stagehand to the crowd. "But you guys can. So you guys need to sing with us. We're doing the set. [Vessel's] staying on stage. Maybe he'll do a couple lines here and there but he's not well. So you guys gotta be loud, OK?"

The crowd filled in for Vessel on vocals during "The Summoning", "Granite", and "The Love You Want" before Vessel made his return for "Atlantic" through the end of the show. You can check out footage of the incident above and below.
