RUSH Approves Of This Ohio State Marching Band Halftime Show

They played "Red Barchetta," "Fly By Night," and "Tom Sawyer."

The Ohio State Marching Band paid tribute to Rush during a halftime show at the school's football game against the Maryland Terrapins on October 9. The band tackled "Red Barchetta," "Fly By Night," and "Tom Sawyer" alongside marching formations that replicated Rush members themselves. According to Heavy Consequence, the band also included 20 extra toms and 20 extra cymbals to best capture the intricacy and bombast of the late, great Rush drummer Neil Peart.

The performance was so good that Rush reposted the video to their Twitter account, applauding the Ohio State Marching Band.
