Psycroptic is returning to the world after three years with a brand new record titled As The Kingdom Drowns and it fucking rips way hard. There's really no better example of the album's seamless blend of technical death metal shred and undeniable groove than the new song "Directive," which we're premiering today.

Drummer Dave Haley agrees that it rules.

"Directive" is one of our collective favorite tracks from the new album. Its not often we all agree on which tracks to include in the live set, but I have a feeling this track will be quite a regular inclusion for a long time to come. The clip was filmed in Tasmania earlier this year, and put together by our good friend Wilson Bambrick. Enjoy!"
