Omnium Gatherum has had a good track record with new material, though I feel like they haven't quite topped 2011's New World Shadows just yet. Except this new song "Refining Fire" makes me think they're about to drop a new album that's at least on par wth it. It's just a solid, well-written track that does Omnium Gatherum's sound so well without trying to be anything else.
The Burning Cold is out August 31.
