They've been teasing it, and last night, April 21, Marilyn Manson joined X Japan for a cover of the Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)," a song Manson brought back to popularity in the late 90s when it launched his career.
X Japan's Yoshiki said in a previous interview of Manson "He's been an amazing friend of mine. So we talked about him showing up at Coachella and he said, 'I'd be happy to.' He's just a very sweet person and he kindly tries to support X Japan — or support me. That's wonderful." Yoshiki went on to describe Manson as "very inspirational."
