Man Machine Industry is now streaming their blazing, heavy-metal-as-hell new single "R.I.P." featuring David White of Heathen.
"I've been a fan of the Bay Area thrash scene since day one," said man Machine Industry's J. Bergman. "Testament, Death Angel, Forbidden… and of course, Heathen have all been a huge inspiration to me as a songwriter. The song fits us both perfect and it's a real fireball of a song."
Man Machine Industry's latest album (and second in a trilogy) Eschaton II. Judgment Day is out now, and you can get it here.
"The first album in this trilogy was called Eschaton I. Reckoning Day," added Bergman. "I also wanted to have a guest on each album and on E. I. it was Dave Hill from the NWOBHM/progressive hard-rock pioneers Demon from UK on the track 'Information Overload'.
"As it happened, I met the thrashing band Heathen from the Bay Area at a festival we both played, so I thought, 'why not ask David White if he wants to be the next eminent guest. David said 'hell yeah.' He re-arranged some stuff, wrote a few lines and then tracked his vocals on "R.I.P" and it became an awesome duet you can hear on the Eschaton II album!
"If you liked 'Doomsday Clock' from 2020 you're going to love all of these albums. You're in for a triple thrashin' heavy metal treat for sure. The theme of the trilogy are different takes on the end of the world . Not all the songs carries the theme but the cover-art of each album and most songs do."
