Dutch avant-garde post-black metal trio Laster recently released their new album Het Wassen Oog and it is one hell of an unsettling trip. Laster's music video for the single "Schone Schijn" encapsulates that feeling perfectly – almost normal, but just enough off to allow the horror to creep up on you.
Here's what Laster had to say about the video.
'Schone schijn' is a magic-realist tale taking place in a tiny, tiny theater. "Eyes shall turn into liquid, and we shall eventually see."
