KORN Play New Song "Rotting In Vain" Live, A Throwback To Old-School Sound

A new Korn song was the special gift from the band to its Chicago fans.

We already learned that Korn's forthcoming, yet-to-be-titled, new album will feature a guest vocal appearance by Corey Taylor. Well, I guess Korn were in a giving mood this weekend, because at the inagural Chicago Open Air, the band unveiled the first single off the album, "Rotting in Vain."

Although this is only a live bootleg, it sure sounds like something that we could hear the band release in the late 90s, with the return of Jonathan Davis' signature scatting. The single is set for an official release next week. What do you think of the track?
