Check Out DEFTONES Playing a Show in 2000

Featuring a Depeche Mode cover.

"There were a handful of times where security stopped me from filming in my seat.

"Out of the 100s captured over a 10 year span, These are ones I can recall – FNM opening for Billy Idol at the Cow Palace 1990. Nirvana supporting RHCP New Years 91 Cow Palace. Black Crowes – Concord 92, FNM Warfield 95. One other sticks in my mind, can't recall the band though.

"This is one of those times and I refused to give up my tape. Too bad, the capture was turning out killer! Tom the Manager/Owner came up to me after i was taken to the security room and said, "Normally, I would have let you film, but band staff took over my venue and were complete assholes even to me! And I own the damn building!!!" They always asked – How did you get the camera in past the pat down? My answer – I know some people."

Deftones are rumored to be releasing a new album this September. The band also recently announced their rescheduled 2021 tour with Gojira and Poppy.
