Astronoid's new self-titled album has been out since February 1 and it's been pretty divisive amongst metal fans. Did the band over-polish this record and go too far in a non-metal direction? Is it overstepping what Air did? Personally, I think it's a pretty solid album from a band who clearly want to do something different, and their song "I Dream In Lines" should convince any listener of that.
