ARTUSHA Grooves Heavy On New Single "Inquisition"

Based out of Richmond, Virginia, groove metal trio Artusha is made up of brothers David Landers (guitar/vocals) and Caylon Landers (drums) along with Brian Hase (bass) and cites an array of influences that include Black Sabbath, Motorhead, Metallica, Nirvana, Pantera, Fear Factory, Gojira, As I Lay Dying and In Flames. The trio are multi-instrumentalists and have written and recorded solo projects as well. They are currently in the studio working on their debut album, due out later in 2020.

“Inquisition” reflects the socio-political state of the country.

“Generally speaking, the social/political state in the US is pretty wild. A lyric line says, ‘The pitchfork mobs are coming out to fight.’ People are hypersensitive and end up eager to pummel one another over individual views.”  – David Landers
