Everyone claims to hate Nickelback, yet the band has successfully toured for years and sold millions upon millions of records. I mean seriously, their 2005 album All The Right Reasons has sold nearly 8 million copies in the United States alone. What I'm getting at here is that some of you are liars who sit upon your throne of Nickelback CDs, and now there's a documentary about it.
Hate to Love: Nickelback is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this September. A brief description of can be found on the festival's website, which reads "Nickelback is one of the most successful acts in music history — they're also the number one band haters love to hate. This intimate portrait surveys the Canadian stadium rockers’ rollercoaster career."
You can check out a trailer for the documentary above, where Chad Kroeger just sits there and reads the names of every single person that's every bought a Nickelback album. You should be nervous.
