Tool is releasing their long-awaited new album on August 30, though we don't yet know the name or anything about it. We have heard two new songs – "Invincible" and "Descending" – via high-quality live bootlegs, but no official singles have yet been released. Now that August 30 is slowly but surely creeping up on us all, Tool has taken to Twitter to unveil what appears to be their new logo and possibly the font (and color scheme) used for the new record. It's pretty fancy looking and, decked out in gold, gives an art deco-type flair.
Some fans are now speculating that this confirms the new album will be Egyptian themed, though again – no official word has come down regarding the new album and its details. Stay tuned for all the information we're missing, coming soon!
