Rosetta have two upcoming releases in both this year and early 2014! Are you ready to get your post-metal on something fierce?
So according to their Facebook page, the first thing they'll be releasing is an album called The Anaesthete which will be available as a pay-what-you-want download on August 8.The band also say the album will be available in "almost any format you can imagine, including high-definition." Apparently they'll also be partnering with some labels outside their self-release of the record for vinyl and whatever else goodies they can come up with (except CD, according to them), making the release that much more spectacular.
The band also say their final EP for Translation Loss Records will be available in early 2014 as a traditional release. Now I wonder if, since the record they're doing is a self-release thing and they're making it pay-what-you-want, if they'll be doing that for everything from now on? I mean, their contract is obviously up… so maybe? I guess we'll see! Still though- hooray for double new Rosetta!
