Rammstein took 10 years between Liebe ist für alle da and their 2019 self-titled album. This time around it might be a little shorter of a wait. Rammstein drummer Christoph Schneider recently guested on the Rodeo Radio podcast, where he revealed the band is working on new music in quarantine. Schneider makes it clear that the new songs are just songs at the moment and may not turn into a new album.
"We still have so many ideas lying around, so many unfinished songs. We have met and we are working on new songs. We want to work on songs. But whether or not it will turn into an album, nobody knows yet."
Rammstein postponed their North American tour and are working on rescheduling it for 2021.
