It's hardly a secret that Exodus are currently working on a new record, but information on the music the band are cooking up is pretty scarce. Patch.com recently sat down for an interview with vocalist Rob Dukes about growing up on metal, how Dukes learned his vocal technique and even spoke briefly about the new record. I mean really briefly.
"This album is very fast and has more of a punk rock feel to it, whereas I think the last few Exodus albums were metal epics, with longer songs. These songs are shorter and a little faster. It has a really different feel to it. It sounds great."
Interesting! I'd love to see Exodus get a little faster and to the point, because why not? Dropping the same record as the last would be boring as hell. Long live Exodus!
