Marilyn Manson was in a good mood last night at the AltPress Music Awards, after having won the Icon Award. He even made time for AltPress reporter Ryan Downey, who had the difficult task of trying to get Manson to stay on topic for more than three seconds at a time, while also making sense of anything Manson was saying.
About half-way through the interview, Manson turned away from Downey and called for a Sharpee pen. He then wrote the phrase "Say 10" (say it out loud to "get it") and revealed to Downey that play of words is the title of his next album, which he plans to release on Valentine's Day 2017 (Feb. 14th).
When accepting the Icon award, Manson was quoted as saying "Thank you to all of the fans and all of Alternative Press because this is the only award I will actually put on my shelf. This is the greatest award ever." Watch the awkward interview below:
