Cradle Of Filth is in the studio recording their new album, according to keyboardist Zoe Marie Federoff. The new record will be Cradle Of Filth's first with guitarist Donny Burbage and Federoff, who both replaced guitarist Richard Shaw and keyboardist Anabelle Iratni in 2022.
According to Federoff, the new record has some serious Dusk And Her Embrace and Midian vibes, meaning Cradle Of Filth may very well throw things back to the late '90s or early 2000s. Which is interesting considering Ed Sheeran has a guest spot on the new stuff.
"Tired AF, but feeling solid after day one in the studio for the new Cradle Of Filth album," wrote Federoff.
"I completely agree with Dani's take on this being a very Dusk/Midian vibe this go around. These new songs are so fresh, exciting, dynamic and immersive- I can't say any more except prepare to be blown clean away by a straight up set of bangers. Bloody hell, as they say on this side of the pond."
