This album is a two headed monster with one head delivery pleasant rock jams, and the other unleashing lurching horror. The band even dabbles in the realm of old school punk. Overall, this is a diverse release which can be a hard thing to find in their corner of metal.

Golly, split releases are sure all the rage these days. If you want some sludge with a side of sludge though, this should be your pick for the week. It features four Unearthly Trance jams and three Primitive Man jams, so there isn't much to be mad at here.

Gonna end this week with a band that is quite unique. Take a some sludge, take some prog, and a dash of jazz and you have the incredible good ZeviousLowlands is all atypical rhythms and general weirdness. This was a great way to get introduced to a band that is worthy of your attention.
