UK thrash act Evile will drop their first new single since 2013 on February 3 and you can hear 10 skull-caving seconds of it below. The single will be the band's first with guitarist Oliver "Ol Drake" Drake on vocals, and their first with guitarist Adam Smith as well. The new Evile record is the band's first not to feature vocalist Matt Drake, who left the band in 2020.
Evile originally split with founding guitarist Ol' Drake in 2013 and began looking for a new guitarist shortly thereafter, though no news ever came of the auditions. Drake came back to Evile in 2018 and the band promised they would be "fully focusing on album number five for a planned release [in 2019]." Which obviously never happened, but now it is! Hooray!
