Eluveitie seems to have gotten back on its feet well enough after it lost three members last year, right? The band will be following up 2009's Evocation I – The Arcane Dominion this year with the aptly titled Evocation II – Pantheon, which is due out August 18 via Nuclear Blast.
The album welcomes back violist and vocalist Nicole Ansperger, as well as features for the first time bagpipe player and guitarist Matteo Sisti, drummer Alain Ackermann, guitarist Jonas Wolf, and hurdgy gurdy player Michalina Malisz. Eluveitie's got a lot of people in it, but damn, do they write some good music together! Check out the new single "Epona" below, as well as the explanation for the song title below that, which has nothing to do with The Legend Of Zelda.
