At first, Deftones said they would chill out in 2014 but then they decided "Fuck it, we're going to write." But that was back in March, and we haven't heard anything since then.
Until today. The band posted this earlier today:
Two weeks is a lot of time to get some writing done, so one would assume they are rather far along. At this point, it's safe to say we won't be hearing any new Deftones until 2015, and probably the middle of 2015 at that. But, still! New Deftones in 2015, possibly? Sign me up!
