THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER's upcoming DVD will not suck

black-dahlia-murderTHE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER have announced they will be putting out a two-disc DVD set entitled Majesty. It will "drop" May 12th via Metal Blade. Now, everybody and their mother has been releasing DVDs as of late and some can be classified as cookie-cutter. But, from personal experience we can tell you that the Black Dahlia Murder guys are some of the funniest and goofiest dudes around so this will be guaranteed entertainment. The first disc will feature a full length documentary, while the second disc will have live performances.

When speaking with the band a few months ago, I can tell you that the live footage will be compiled over the course of the last 2 years of touring the band has done as opposed to a shoot at a set location with a gazillion cameras. This could have changed since the last time we spoke with the band, but the band seemed pretty dead set against a whole live shoot. Check out the expected tracklisting of the DVD as well as one of the most random interviews we've ever done (featuring Brian and Trevor of BDM) after the jump…
