Canadian prog-doom legends Voivod have announced six dates in Europe this April to celebrate the band's 40th anniversary— including the Prognosis Festival in Eindhoven on April 16, and the festival's inaugural London soiree on April 22.

"2023 will see the legendary and massively influential sci-fi/prog/punk-thrashers Voivod celebrate their 40th Anniversary. To honour this milestone, the band will follow up their highly successful tour with Opeth at the end of last year by heading back to the UK for a small, select number of headline shows between the two previously announced Prognosis Festival shows in Eindhoven, NL and London, UK this April."
Last year, in addition to touring with Opeth, Voivod released a deluxe box set—Forgotten In Space: The Noise Records Years—featuring their second LP, Rrröööaarrr (1986), along with Killing Technology (1987) and Dimension Hatröss (1988) The set also includes rare and previously unreleased tracks, such as a previously unreleased demo of "Psychic Vacuum."
