Tool took to their website Tuesday, Jan. 21, to announce the album we've been hearing so much about some tour dates for the first time since 2012. Killer! The band made sure to mention that these are the confirmed dates so far, so I'm willing to be there are going to be some more in the near future. Part of me genuinely hopes this tour is a "we need to get out of the studio because we've been so hard at work recording a new record" kind of tour, though when it comes down to it I'll take a "we're bored" tour as well. Live Tool is good Tool, regardless of the circumstances. No word on that album, by the way, but we do know they're making some serious progress!
