Were you locked out of getting Rage Against the Machine tickets this morning? The band's reunion tour sold out so quickly in certain markets, that the band immediately announced new dates.
Shows were added in Minneapolis (5/12), Chicago (5/20), Detroit (7/15), Toronto (7/24), Washington, DC (8/5), and New York (8/13).
Additionally, for the sold out shows, Rage announced prior to tickets going on sale, that in a way to combat scalpers, they would be “holding in reserve 10% of the seating (random seats throughout each venue) to sell at a higher ticket price (but low enough to undercut the scalpers). We will donate 100% OF THE MONEY over the base ticket price to charities and activist organizations IN EACH CITY.”
While many of these added shows have already sold out, it looks like the secondary market is the only place to get tickets for some of these shows.
