PANOPTICON & AFSKY Announce European Tour

Focusing heavily on the Kentucky album.

Panopticon Live

2023 is gonna be a pretty solid year for Panopticon fans. The band is prepping their new record The Rime Of Memory for later this year, and now they've announced a European tour with Afsky for this summer! Panopticon states their set will focus heavily on their 2012 album Kentucky, so definitely go see this tour if you can.

"As we wait for winter's grip to slip here in the north woods, we see spring on the horizon and we have news to share: This summer's tour in the UK and parts of Europe: It is an Honor to embark on this tour with Denmark's brilliant Afsky.

"We are so grateful to share the stage with them and to use this time to draw the support cycle for And Again Into The Light to a close. With this tour, The Lights of the Past will guide our way into the future, as we perform songs from And Again Into The Light and our back catalogue with a heavy focus on Kentucky, celebrating over a decade since its release.

"This tour stands to be less contemplative than 2022's Lights of Oblivion tour, alongside our treasured friends, Grift… this time shifting gears to a jubilant, pummeling and musically aggressive setlist, loudly celebrating the end of past sorrows and relishing in the joy of what is to come. As we prepare for The Rime of Memory to be released, we will have one last look at the lights of the past. Don't let the fire burn out!"
