Lamb Of God guitarist Mark Morton will release his debut solo album Anesthetic on March 1 and he's hitting the road in support of its release. Morton has announced Light The Torch and Moon Tooth, who also have a new album on the way, as his openers. The tour will run for 10 days in March, two of which are actually in Canada. No word on who Morton's live band will be yet.
Anesthetic features such vocal guests as Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, Lamb Of God's own Randall Blythe, Arch Enemy frontwoman Alyssa White-Gluz, Mark Lanegan, Papa Roach's Jacoby Shaddix and Alter Bridge's Myles Kennedy. So it'll be interesting to see who makes the trek and what songs end up getting played.
