G4 was originally conceived as a guitar-centric tour by Joe Satriani in 1995. The first iteration of the tour took place the following year in 1996 with Satriani alongside Eric Johnson and Steve Vai. Now close to 30 years later, the original 1996 lineup is reuniting for an early 2024 trek that's sure to blow everyone minds.
"Reuniting the original 'G3' line up is a dream come true for me," said Satriani of the trek. I can't wait to take the stage with Eric and Steve again!"
