The first-ever Heavy Mountain Festival will be held in Asheville, NC on September 1 and September 2. The festival says they're a "celebration of metal and beer atop the mountains of North Carolina" and promises the best of the metal world and, as is becoming the trend lately, the best of the brewing world as well.
So far the lineup includes Bask, Toke, Temptations Wings, and Green Fiend for September 1 at The Moth Light and High On Fire, Obituary, Black Tusk, Inter Arma, and Young Widows for September 2 at The Orange Peel.
