Foo Fighters originally canceled all their tour dates in the wake of Hawkins' death, as well as their appearance at the GRAMMY award show happening this Sunday, April 3. These two shows will be their first public appearances as a band since the tragedy.

Hawkins impressive résumé over the years included drumming for Foo Fighters from 1997 to present day, as well as forming his own bands like Taylor Hawkins And The Coattail Riders and NHC featuring Jane's Addiction members Dave Navarro and Chris Chaney. Hawkins also drummed on Coheed & Cambria's 2006 album Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume Two, and his own solo EP Kota in 2016.
