The Red Chord's Mike McKenzie, aka Gunface, has been a busy man lately. He spent part of his summer with the Summer Slaughter Tour, filling in as a touring bassist for Job for a Cowboy. He also just finished his solo project Stomach Earth's debut album. Earlier today, he posted the album cover on Facebook. It's called An Invocation by Sophie Penrose, but that still doesn't help me figure out what the fuck that thing is. But it's sweet! You can hear a demo of a Stomach Earth track called Prolong The Death Watch on Facebook. And don't worry, Gunface is working on those sweet new TRC tunes as we speak.
