Our photographer Rodrigo Fredes was out thrashing at the Destruction, Krisiun show and had this to report back:
Thrash metal legends Destruction and Brazilian Death metal band Krisiun are on tour in North America and the second stop of this tour was New York City on Wed 19 at The Marlin Room at Webster Hall. Destruction presented a solid list of songs from their recent and classic albums, demonstrated why the are one of the biggest referents of thrash metal right now. Krisiun was presenting songs off their last album, The Great Execution, with a solid and crushing sound. This date included Widow that is on tour with them the half of the tour (other half is Exmortus) and the locals Winter Nights and Metalfier.
