VOLBEAT's MICHAEL POULSEN Would Love To Come Back To Death Metal One Day

Before Michael Poulsen was fronting Volbeat, he was fronting the death metal band Dominus. Of course Poulsen has carried over his love of death metal into Volbeat (especially with the song "Becoming"), but will he ever return the genre entirely? In an interview with Finland's Chaoszine, Poulsen said definitely. It's just a matter of when.

"It's gonna happen one day; I just don't know when. It's gonna be at a time when I feel it's the right time where I'm just inspired to do that. I have so many great friends in the death metal community, and I've been talking to a lot of them. I just know it's gonna happen. I just don't know when."
