As most already know, my love for Tribulation and their extraordinary talents are well documented on this site. So to hear riff master and extravagant performer, Jonathan Hulten, dive into completely new territory with his solo work is truly exciting and promising.
Today, Hulten released information regarding his solo album, Chants From Another Place, along with a track called “Nightly Sun” via Team Rock. A single which he also directed, filmed, and edited the video for himself. While his work ethic is something we’re already familiar with, the track itself shines a new artistic vision for Jonathan as a singer/songwriter. If you’re a fan of Nick Drake, Led Zeppelin, or even Sébastien Tellier then this might be the dark and moody tunes you've been waiting for this year!
