So, looking up this band on YouTube is rather interesting. Especially if you misspelled it like I did. I wound up getting videos of women discussing their love of breast feeding, I learned a lot before eventually finding Beastmilk. Their music is quasi-post rock and sort of like early Danzig. It's not metal, and perhaps barely heavy but it is pretty rad. Also, their guitarist's name is Goatspeed. So that's already more metal than you are.

I'm not even going to pretend I know Black Flag. All I know is Henry Rollins was in the band (but he's not anymore), and that the band recently pulled a Queensryche and two versions of the band exist. I can't find any samples, but I'm sure its aggressive, minimal, and not as awesome as their fans hope it will be.

Good ol' wast coast fight metal. The kind you get in a pit and skip to. These guys are a long running band, so I suppose I respect their journey, but they sound like the band Hatebreed based themselves on before perfecting (strong word) their sound.
