TESSERACT Looking To Finish New Album This Year, Has About Six Hours Worth Of Material

Tesseract 2020 is coming for you.

Tesseract 2020 is coming for you.

Tesseract is looking to finish up album number five year and then hit the road in the United States, according to vocalist Daniel Tompkins in a recent episode of the Kscope Podcast. Tompkins says Tesseract is already demoing new songs and has about six or seven hours worth of material to choose from – they just need to piece it all together now.

"We need to write the next record. Then, hopefully, we're going to be back out on tour towards the end of the year, possibly in America. So yeah, it's looking very busy for us – we're already demoing new songs … Tesseract has a back catalog of demos in span of six-seven hours. That sounds quite ironic because a lot of people view the last album as being quite short. The problem is that it takes us a long time to piece together the jigsaw."
