SKELETONWITCH Is The Latest Victim Of Disney Banhammer

Unfortunately, if you were planning on seeing Skeletonwitch in Orlando… you're not anymore. Serious.

Skeletonwitch are doing a lot of touring throughout 2013 and 2014 (you'll find all the dates below), but apparently on the January 27 date the band will not be allowed to join Amon Amarth and Enslaved on stage at the House of Blues in Orlando/Downtown Disney.

This isn't the first time this has happened either; Exodus, Machine Head, The Faceless, etc. have all been banned as well for… reasons? I have no idea. I'd say "lyrical content," but there's plenty of "questionable stuff that comes through there too. The bottom line is they've been, and these are their words, "been deemed unfit to associate with Disney." Like Skeletonwitch care.

On a cooler note that involves 100% less getting banned from places, the band will also marry a band on stage while they play at a California show November 15. The couple, Travis Bartlett and Lanae Forrest, said:

"Lanae and I are taken aback and beyond elated that Skeletonwitch are willing to be a part of the most important day of our lives. There really aren't words to show our appreciation for the band being with us as we begin our lives together."

Weird, but if it makes 'em happy. I'm sure their entire family is thrilled and will totally be in attendance. Anyway, here are the dates for all of Skeletonwitch's touring:
