Yesterday, rumors began circulating that AC/DC were back in the studio working on new material. Guitarist Steve Young and troubled drummer Phil Rudd were both spotted near Vancouver's Warehouse Studio, where the band recorded their last few albums. But there was no proof.
Today there is proof, and it's a doozy. Not only is Phil Rudd spotted by the studio but longtime vocalist Brian Johnson:

The photo was taken on the roof deck of the recording studio by some AC/DC fans who live nearby.
This is of course noteworthy because Johnson was pushed out of the band after hearing loss issues that would leave him deaf if he were to continue to perform with the band. Johnson has since performed live, at least twice, but not with AC/DC.
Well, it looks like Brian might be signing on the new album, unless he just showed up to wish his former bandmates well. No word on if Axl is in Vancouver as well, but the sleuths are out in full force.
