Nails have been riding a wave of success after the release of their most recent, skull crushing LP, You Will Never Be One Of Us. But could the rush of success be catching up with the band.
After just completing a highly-attended, and at times controversial, North American headlining run of dates, the band have reportedly cancelled their European tour and gone on hiatus. Lambgoat reports that one of the European show promoters posted this update:
"Important: Unfortunately this show has been cancelled. Nails have gone on hiatus with no plan to play live or record again. For refunds, please contact your point of purchase."
Another promoter posted a similar sentiment:
CANCELLED // Unfortunately the show Nails plus Full of Hell on 7th November has now been CANCELLED due to the band going on sudden hiatus. Full ticket refunds are available from point of purchase.
We tried to reach out to people inside the industry who work with Nails, but nobody knows much more than the promoters.
Hopefully, there is no serious emergency for the band to tend to and they will be back on the road as soon as possible.
