Rammstein is beginning to auction off gold and platinum sales awards from throughout their career for charity. First up is an award for the band's 1995 debut Herzeleid previously owned by guitarist Paul Landers.
"Rammstein are now auctioning carefully selected gold and platinum awards from the band for a good cause. Sorted by albums, the trophies will be released for auction in the coming months. Each time different organizations will benefit from the distribution of the donations.
"It starts today with Paul‘s platinum award for the album Herzeleid – one of the first awards in the band’s history."
